Neil M Chilton Account Manager for Thales Computers in Leicester, UK
Initially obtaining a BSc in Production Engineering from Coventry Polytechnic he has spent over twenty years in electronics & COTS systems market sector. With Plessey Optoelectronics he worked on development & manufacture of early generation fibre optic devices & LED displays. Moving to Plessey Microsystems (now called Radstone Technology) he held the position of Manufacturing Engineer working on VMEbus boards & system assembly methods including the implementation of equipment for first SMT packages. Since 1988 Neil has been in a sales roll both with Radstone & Thales Computers focusing on large defence accounts & programmes in the UK & Europe.
